Therapy Styles

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful method used to help your brain file away distressing memories differently, so they no longer trigger the same intense emotional or physical pain.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) explores the link between what we think and how we feel. By gently challenging unhelpful patterns, we work together to build a more supportive and resilient mindset for your future journey.

DBT

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) provides you with concrete skills to manage intense emotions and improve your relationships. It is about finding balance and learning how to stay present even when things feel difficult.

It’s okay if your thoughts feel messy or you don’t know where to start. You don’t need a polished story to show up here. We just take it person to person, exactly as you are.
